By downloading, installing, or using the Pray Pages application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Pray Pages is a multi-faith prayer companion that provides curated prayers, reflections, and spiritual content from various world traditions. The iOS app is free to download. Optional Listen and reminders can be unlocked in the app.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the App respectfully and in accordance with all applicable laws. You may not:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading feedback
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

4. Content & Intellectual Property

All prayers, translations, designs, and code in Pray Pages are the intellectual property of the App's developer or are used with appropriate attribution. Traditional prayers in the public domain are presented with original translations.

5. Purchases

Pray Pages on iOS is free to download on the Apple App Store. Optional Listen, reminders, and folders can be unlocked in the app. Payment is processed by Apple and is subject to Apple’s terms and refund policies. This is not a subscription.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected. Prayer content is for spiritual guidance only and does not constitute professional advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
